fields, chef Michael
Yang can bring meals to your home that you

personal chefs can.
Chef Yang had already been an accomplished sushi chef for many
years before he decided to further pursue his love for French
cuisine
by attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America
(CIA).
While in CIA, chef Yang underwent the vigorous training
in French,
Italian, America Regional, and Chinese cuisines, as
well as seafood
cookery and various European breads and pastries.
Before graduating
with honors from CIA, chef Yang achieved exceptionally
high marks
on his Second Term and Fifth Term Practical Exams
required for
graduation.
Member of the American Culinary Federation since 1997,chef Yang
is
also certified in food sanitation and trained to prepare food
that meets your nutrition special dietary needs.
